Dear Dr. Ritter,
I now have my new veneers for about 3 weeks and I am thrilled by the results. As you remember, I was a very reluctant patient, to say the least! I had a set of veneers put on by my childhood dentist nineteen years ago. The concern was that it was only a matter of time before they began to fall off or that decay would set in. I knew in my heart that I had to “bite the bullet”. I was terrified to go through the removal process which I knew would be quite tedious. After a few consultation meetings with you and your staff, I finally felt brave enough to go for it.
I was greeted in the morning by Chrissy and Fallon who assured me they’d take good care of me, offering blankets, comforting words and a sedative! After a few minutes, my nerves were a lot less jangled and you began the process of removal. I was quite comfortable the entire time and I think it went rather smoothly. Approximately five hours later, I went home feeling a little sore but looking great with undetectable temporaries in my mouth. I know it was a big job for you and probably took quite a bit out of you, but you never showed it and made me feel perfectly safe the entire time. We’d all been together so long in that room, I feel like I’ve made some new and wonderful friends!
Three uneventful weeks later, my veneers had arrived. I was excited to say the least and it was heartwarming that you and Chrissy and Fallon were just as excited for me. The placement procedure was relatively quick and painless. I haven’t stopped smiling since! I have been back a few more times for smoothing and such but I have not wanted you to shape my teeth yet. I still can’t get over how perfect they are! It’s nice to know that I can come back to you at any time if I want anything rounded to “make them mine”. I still don’t know if that is going to be necessary!
The bottom line is you and your entire office staff is among the kindest, most professional group of people I’ve ever dealt with. I can’t thank you enough for making this nerve wracking journey a smooth and even fun one! Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
Sincerely,
Traci F.

Oraverse
The newest technology that we have in the office is Oraverse reversal agent. Have you ever had a dental procedure and then left the dentist office and been numb for hours? Of course you have, now we have a product that is injected into the same area after your procedure is completed. Then the anesthesia is quickly metabolized out of your system. Instead of being numb for hours, it lasts on 30-45 minutes. Wow, we have been waiting or something like this for years. Ask us about it or call the office.

The Florida Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry
Hello to everyone. This is my first post on this blog and with some time we hope to share as much information as possible about what we do, how we do it, and how much we enjoy Dentistry. Both Dr. ramsey and myself are involved with different dental organizations. The one we enjoy the most these days is the Florida Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry.I am a past president and Dr. Ramsey is becoming the new president this year. This organization informs and teaches dentists about the latest techniques in cosmetic dentistry, including, veneers, smile designs, all ceramic crowns, all ceramic onlays, composites which are tooth colored fillings, healthy gums, esthetic implants, and other modalities of cosmetic dentistry. Keep checking back to learn what we can do for you here at Ritter and Ramsey Restorative Dentistry. Dr. Rob Ritter
